Forest bathing in Damüls - Wellness in the forest with Dorothea Nachbaur

Where it smells spicy, the light shimmers delicately through the branches, the air is clear and the ground springs softly under your feet – there, in the forest, there is a source of silence that has a holistic effect and affects physical well-being.

It doesn't take much for a soothing forest bath: hiking clothing appropriate to the weather, sturdy shoes, a water bottle – and some time
A forest bath lasts approximately three hours, adults and young people from the age of 14 can participate.
Dogs are not allowed.
