In winter you can ski down to the house. The lift is approx. 200 metres appart. The ski bus stop is next to the house. The beautiful Damüls-Mellau ski area comprises 109 kilometers of slopes with plenty of open terrain. Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and winter hiking can be enjoyed in the immediate vicinity.
It is a 5-minute walk to the supermarket and to the ski rental. An inn is directly opposite, others in the immediate vicinity. In summer you can go on many great hikes and summit tours, mountain biking and visit the climbing garden.

The apartment on the 1st floor has 2 spacious bedrooms. One bedroom with a doublebed (new) and TV and one bedroom with 2 single beds. From the bright living-dining area with TV and large balcony (south side) there's a beautiful view of the Damüls mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a coffee pad machine, toaster, kettle and raclette. The bathroom has a double washbasin, shower, toilet and hairdryer.
Your skis and ski boots have space in the lockable ski locker (heated).
