We bought and renovated ‘Hus Obergrecht’ in 2021. It therefore offers beautiful and attractive facilities. Located in the centre of Fontanella at 1145 meters above sea level, the house can accommodate 6 people with 3 double bedrooms; each with a separate en-suite bathroom. The spacious living area and the separate kitchen are perfect for cooking together or relaxing on the sofa with a stunning view.
The house is situated right next to a bus station. It is a great starting point for all activities - fromskiing tohiking, motorcycling or just family leisure. There is a little restaurant and a grocery shop just a few walking minutes away. Additionally fresh bread can be ordered every evening which will then be delivered to your doorstepin the morning.
In summer, the Bregenzerwald &GroßesWalsertal guest card is available from the landlord from stays of 3 nights or more. With the card you will get numerous discounts and advantages in the area.

Show detailsThe apartment is located on the 1st floor and can be reached via an outside staircase. It consists of 3 double rooms, each room has its own en-suite bathroom/toilet. There is a separate kitchen and separate living and dining area. The large entrance area offers plenty of storage space.
The kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator (including freezer), oven and hob, microwave and a kettle. The coffee machine can be used with a filter and coffee powder or coffee beans. Additionally all basic equipment (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.) is available.
