The trail leads along wide alpine paths and, in sections, forest trails through the Schmiedetobel, past the Musterinalpe, and down to Bargand. From there, it winds its way across the Sandtobel, through the Sponasa grounds to Obermason, and finally to the Kristbergsaal in Dalaas.
