Culinary stops:
- Morning snack at the Sonnenkopf Mountain Restaurant
The first gourmet stop awaits you at the Sonnenkopf – right at the mountain station in the Sonnenkopf mountain restaurant – with a view of the Verwall and Lechquellengebirge mountains.
Bike route: 9.2 km
Meal: Small snack platter with pastries and 1 hot or cold beverage, excluding additional drinks

- Lunch at the Panoramagasthof Kristberg
Now we continue toward Kristberg in the Montafon. From here, hikers and cyclists go their separate ways before meeting up again at Kristberg.
Bike route: 10.3 km
Meal: Sura Kees wrapped in bacon with a green salad or cheese spaetzle with mixed salad and 1 glass of mountain water, excluding additional drinks

- Sweet finale at Gasthaus Post, Dalaas
After Kristberg, the route heads downhill for the final stage and the last stop for culinary delights.
Bike route: 7 km to Dalaas, then another 4.5 km to the Sonnenkopfbahn
Meal: Cake of the day or a fruit ice cream sundae with coffee or tea (other beverages not included)
