The first enjoyment station for a morning snack awaits you at Sonnenkopf, right by the mountain station in the Bergrestaurant Sonnenkopf.
After the first culinary highlight, the journey continues towards Kirstberg in Montafon. From here, hikers and bikers take separate paths before meeting again at Kirstberg.
Freshly recharged from a cozy break with lunch at the Panoramagasthof Kristberg, the descent leads you down to the last stage. The path takes you through the Dalaas community forest down to Dalaas to the final enjoyment station at the Gasthaus Post. Here, a sweet conclusion awaits you.
Description
On foot or with the (e-) bike on a pleasure round. Along the way, you will visit three culinary stations and be treated to regional delicacies by the hosts. Enjoy the tranquility of nature and the mountain panorama of the Klostertal along the way.

Morning snack at the Sonnenkopf mountain restaurant
The first enjoyment station awaits you at Sonnenkopf – right at the mountain station in the Sonnenkopf mountain restaurant – with a view of the mountain landscape of the Verwall and Lechquellen mountain range.
Walking time: Cable car ride
Bike distance: 9.2 km
Meal: Small board snack with pastry and 1 glass of mountain water, excluding drinks

Lunch at the Panoramagasthof Kristberg
Now it continues towards Kristberg in the Montafon. From here, hikers and bikers will take separate paths, until they meet again at Kristberg.

Bike distance: 10.3 km
Meal: Sura Kees wrapped in bacon with leaf salad or cheese noodles with mixed salad and 1 glass of mountain water, excluding further drinks

Sweet conclusion at the Gasthaus Post, Dalaas
After Kristberg, it’s now downhill on the last stage to the final enjoyment station.
Walking time: approx. 1h 45min
Bike distance: 7 km to Dalaas, then another 4.5 km to Sonnenkopfbahn
Meal: Daily cake or fruit ice cream sundae and a coffee or tea, excluding further drinks
