Sparkling, sour, sweet or dry - whatever it is, fermentation finds its way. One of the best and most innovative alpine chefs in Vorarlberg, Chef Tobias Schöpf, also navigates the 'liquid terrain' with fermented beverages.

from 8 - 20 people (Please note that the experience program must be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not reached.)
