Tobogganing through the Valley

Tobogganing in Brandnertal, Klostertal and in Biosphere Reserve Großes Walsertal

Let's start slowly: Starting this winter In Brandnertal there will be a sledge safari, mixed with some winter hiking it will give you time to rest between the fast descents, time to enjoy the snowy landscape and breathtaking views.

Another highlight in Brandnertal for tobogganers is the natural toboggan run Schattenlagant in Brand. After a climb of about two hours, you will return to the Schattenlaganthütte, enjoy regional specialties and warm yourself up with a cup of mulled wine. Tobogganing is available directly at the hut and off we go - over six quick kilometers back to Brand.

In the Klostertal it's off to the toboggan run at Sonnenkopf! The toboggan run leads on two kilometers from the mountain to the middle station and is with several steep sections an absolute dream for passionate tobogganers. Take a refreshment stop in the Bündthütte and experience pure tobogganing fun.

In Großes Walsertal, more precisely in Sonntag Stein, a toboggan run from to the top station of the gondola lift on almost five kilometers from Unterpartnom on the forest road to Stein. The one-and-a-half-hour climb are completely forgotten by fast sections and exciting curves. Refreshments are found on the Seilbahnstüble and the Partnomhüsli on the Alpe Unterpartnom.
