Open Kitchen ​-​ Kulinarik hautnah erleben

Every Wednesday, the Alpenstern hotel kitchen is transformed into a stage for connoisseurs: at the Open Kitchen, hotel guests and external visitors can watch their meals being prepared right before their eyes. Instead of classic à la carte service, visitors pick up the individual courses of their evening menu directly from the kitchen – fresh, fragrant and personally served by the chefs. What makes this evening special is that guests are not only allowed to watch, but also ask questions, chat with the kitchen team and gain exciting insights into the world of work behind the scenes. Those who wish to do so are welcome to help themselves to seconds and sample the variety of dishes on offer. An extraordinary experience for anyone who loves good food and has always wanted to know what really goes on in a hotel kitchen.

Please note: The Open Kitchen only takes place with a minimum of 40 guests. You can check with the Hotel Alpenstern on the day to see if the event is taking place on the respective Wednesday.
