The "Culinary Tour" in summer is possible in two variants - one variant starts in Brand, the second variant in Bürserberg. So you have the possibility to experience two different hiking rounds in Brandnertal.

Breakfast at Restaurant Frööd
The first enjoyment stop awaits you in the middle of Brandnertal at the restaurant Frööd on the Burtschasattel with a magnificent view of the Rätikon and the Schesaplana, the highest peak in the region.
Walking time: cable car ride with Dorf- and Panoramabahn
* Viennese breakfast with bread, rolls, butter, jam and 1 hot drink
Lunch at Alpengasthof Melkboden
After the first culinary highlight, we now continue towards Palüd. On the way you will enjoy fabulous views of the surrounding mountains and discover secrets of alpine nature and its inhabitants along the "Nature path".
Walking time: 50 min to the Inner Parpfienzalpe, 55 min to Alpengasthof Melkboden
* "Kässpätzle" (traditional cheese "pasta" dish with mixed salad or "Bauerngröstl" (traditional hash browns), incl. 1 small drink
Sweet finish at Valavier Aktivresort****S
After a leisurely rest at the Melkboden Alpine Inn, we return to the valley on foot or alternatively with the Palüdbahn cable car and continue to the sweet finish.
Walking time: 2 h to Valavier Aktivresort****S or cable car ride and and 30 minutes walk. Alternatively you can also take the bus!

Morning snack at the Alpe Rona
The first enjoyment stop awaits you in the middle of the beautiful high plateau Tschengla at the Alpe Rona with a magnificent view of the Zimba and the Rätikon mountains. Cheese production at Alpe Rona has a long tradition and with a bit of luck you can look over the dairyman's shoulder as he works in the morning.
Walking time: 15 min to Alpe Rona
* Platter with cheese and ham, with bread and 1 milk drink (milkshake, yoghurt drink or milk)
Lunch at the restaurant Frööd
After the first culinary highlight you continue towards Burtschasattel to restaurant Frööd. On the way you will enjoy the fabulous views of the surrounding valleys and mountains.
Walking time: 2 h to restaurant Frööd
* Schnitzel "Viennese style" with fries or salad, deer sausage with potatoe salad or fried potatoes with fried egg, incl. 1 drink
Sweet closing at the restaurant Unicorn
After a longer second stage and a leisurely rest at the Burtschasattel, the hike now continues briefly uphill to the Loischkopf before heading back downhill to the last stage and the already last enjoyment stop.
Walking time: 30 min to the summit of the Loischkopf, 2 h to restaurant Unicorn
