Enjoyment station: Restaurant Frööd - Parpfienzsattel - Parpfienzweg/Natursprünge trail - Innere Parpfienzalpe - Niggenkopf - hiking trail in the direction of the Palüdbahn mountain station/Alpengasthof Melkboden - 2. Enjoyment station: Palüdhütte or Restaurant Melkboden - hiking trail down the valley via Palüd Maisäß or alternatively down the valley with the Palüd cable car - Brand Innertal - into the valley as far as the chapel - switch sides of the stream - out of the valley as far as Brügga - over the bridge - footpath out of the valley as far as Alvierbad - 3.
