Tour description
The 3-day tour starts at the church in Buchboden (910 m) and leads via Bad Rothenbrunnen (1,010 m) on to the Gadenalpe (1,317 m). From the Gadenalpe, the route climbs steadily to the left past the Diesnerbergalpe (1,626 m) to the Mutterwangjoch (2,025 m). From there, the trail leads along the European long-distance hiking trail no. 4 (E4), over the Gamsboden (2,066 m) and the Gamsbodenjoch to the Göppinger Hut (2,245 m). The first overnight stay of the tour is there.
