Albrecht´s Brotgenuss + mehr...

We source our flour from the Vorarlberger mill and the Ruppmühle. The eggs we use come from free-range chickens of the Kleine Farm in Langen and all other raw materials are mainly from Austria. All bakery products are made in the traditional way (with long-term guidance and sourdough guidance) and by hand. It is obligatory for us to not use any preservatives!
