Detailed description
The specialities are the goat and cow's milk cheeses produced on the "Alpe Unterdamuels" (as a "Brettljause" with pesto, as salad with balsamico or fried with soap stiffeners or sesame) and the fresh pancakes. They also offer hearty snacks with bacon, sausage, country hunters and mountain cheese. Goat or cow's milk cheese or mountain cheese are also on sale to take away.
