The Mad Taco
Brand is welcoming a fresh culinary hotspot: Starting in winter 2025/26, Olli and Fabian – known from the Sarotlahütte – will bring new life to the old horse farm in the village center with The Mad Taco. Their concept? Laid-back, flavorful and full of ideas, inspired by Mexican cuisine and paired with local and international beers as well as selected specialties.
At The Mad Taco, smoking, fermenting and baking take center stage. Everything is cooked fresh, rooted in regional products – and always with a dash of creativity that lives up to the name: a little MAD, in the best possible way.
