Tour description

On the second day, the route leads from theFrassenhütte upa trail to the summit ofthe Hoher Frassen. At the top, a magnificent 360° panoramic view of Vorarlberg, the Silvretta, the Rätikon, and the Swiss Alps awaits you—a real highlight for mountain lovers. From the summit, follow the marked trail over theTiefenseesattel. The descent continues along forest and hiking trails tothe Muttersberg Cable Car. Depending on your energy and time, you can end the tour at the mountain station and take the cable car back, or continue descending to the valley station. There is also a direct descent from the Tiefenseesattel back down to the valley.

Equipment

Sturdy footwear, warm clothing, rain and sun protection, a snack, a full water bottle, and hiking poles are recommended. Additionally, bring gear for an overnight stay in a mountain hut. A cell phone for emergencies.
