Stage 1: Muttersberg Cable Car (Valley Station) – Muttersberg Cable Car (Mountain Station) – Frassenhütte
Stage 2: Frassenhütte – Hoher Frassen – Tiefenseesattel – Muttersberg Cable Car (Valley Station)

Equipment

Sturdy footwear, warm clothing, rain and sun protection, a snack, a filled water bottle, and hiking poles are recommended. Additionally, bring gear for an overnight stay in a mountain hut. A cell phone for emergencies.
