A festival for the palate in perfection, precise in execution and refined in taste. In a few words, this is what awaits gourmets in our new fine dining restaurant Löffelspitze in Damüls. Our culinary top duo, Executive Chef Sandro Abel and Sous Chef Ananta Kusuma Putra, along with their international team, once again demonstrate what passion can achieve.
The gourmet menu showcases character with traditional alpine flavors. With the best quality, hand-picked and, wherever possible, using products from the region or the alpine area. Another highlight is the hybrid beverage pairing with the menu. You can choose what you feel like for each course. You have the option of selecting suitable wines from the 2,000-position wine cellar of host and sommelier Maximilian Steinfeld, cocktails from Head Bartender Oliver Polster, as well as non-alcoholic drinks.
The masterful cuisine in the modern ambiance of “Löffelspitze” is available every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday starting at 6:00 PM. Due to the limited capacity of 12 people, we kindly ask you to consider this when making your reservation as an external guest or when upgrading for our hotel guests.
The tasting menu is also available in a vegetarian version. We ask that you inform us of any intolerances when making your reservation. We are happy to accommodate any allergies or intolerances. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a vegan version of the menu, as the dishes would need to be altered too significantly, which would compromise the intended flavors – we appreciate your understanding.
