[zemma] immerse and experience the power of icy water together. Against the mountain backdrop of the Brandnertal, ice bathing becomes a truly unique experience. With every breath, you gently surrender to the healing cold. Your mind grows still, your body awakens. Gradually, you feel warmth spreading within you and a deep sense of trust in your own body emerging. Ice bathing is a nourishing ritual that brings body and mind into balance and strengthens you on every level.

This introductory workshop is designed for curious beginners who want to approach ice bathing safely and gently. It is for those who wish to train their mental strength and experience cold not as a test of courage, but as a source of inner power.
