Tour description

This tobogganing tour is started with a beautiful winter hike of about one and a half to two hours to the Schattenlagant Hut. The tour starts in Brand Innertal and leads along the snow-covered Schattenlagant road into the valley to the Schattenlagant hut. The Schattenlagant hut invites you to a cosy stop and warm up before returning to the valley on the toboggan. The toboggan run runs along the ascent path on the snow-covered Schattenlagant road. After numerous curves and an action-packed toboggan run, you will arrive back at the southern end of Brand, in Brand Innertal.

Rental: Sleds can be rented directly at the Schattenlaganthütte!

Attention: Please be sure to check the current avalanche conditions!

Innertal/end of Brand - winter hike along the prepared road towards the Lünerseebahn - Untere Schattenlagant Alpe - Schattenlagant Hütte - return by toboggan along the same route.

Winter shoes with treaded soles, warm clothing and a helmet are recommended for the toboggan run.

Toboggan rental: Toboggans can be rented by telephone reservation at the Schattenlagant Hütte and in the local sports hire shops.

Take a warming tea and a snack with you for the winter hike. And so that the toboggans don't have to be dragged in, toboggans can be hired from the Schattenlagant hut.
