Once a month, on a Friday evening, an exclusive gourmet night awaits you under the motto “From the Sea to the Mountain.” The FUCHSBAU kitchen team creates a changing menu inspired by the flavors of the sea and the treasures of the Alps—depending on seasonal availability and what our producers offer. You can decide whether to enjoy the full five-course menu or choose individual courses à la carte.
