Sale directly at the alp during the alp season
The Parpfienz alpine pasture is located above Brand, at 1,528 m above sea level and has a grazing area of approx. 200 ha. The alpine pasture can be reached on foot in approx. 20 min. from the Dorfbahn mountain station. We process the milk into butter, sour cheese and the special alpine cheese "Lorenzitaler".
Farm sales: beginning of June to mid-September (depending on weather conditions)
