Breakfast at Restaurant Frööd: Viennese breakfast with bread, pastries, butter, and jam including 1 hot drink | Walking time: Cable car ride with village and panoramic cable car

Lunch at Alpengasthof Melkboden: Cheese noodles or farmer's roast with mixed salad including 1 small drink | Walking time: 50 min to the Inner Parpfienzalpe, 55 min to Alpengasthof Melkboden
OR lunch at Palüdhütte: Schnitzel with fries and a small drink | Walking time: 50 min to the Inner Parpfienzalpe, 45 min to Palüdhütte 

Sweet conclusion at Valavier Aktivresort**** A piece of cake or strudel with your choice of whipped cream, vanilla sauce, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream, including a hot drink | Walking time: 2 h to Valavier Aktivresort or cable car ride and 30 min walk downwards, alternatively, the return trip is also possible by bus
