Böhmischer Herbst

The musical kickoff will be taken over at 10.00 a.m. by the Bürser Schroffabuaba. With Bohemian brass music, lively marches, polkas, and well-known melodies, they ensure a festive start to Sunday.

From 11.30 a.m., the Landstraßen Musig from Vienna will continue the musical program. The formation unites eight brass players from various regions of Austria and South Tyrol, who share their common passion for brass music. The group is complemented by a singer. The musicians got to know each other during their music studies in Vienna. The name “Landstraßen Musig” derives from the 3rd district of Vienna, Landstraße, where the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna is located, at which many of the musicians study or have studied.

Michael Ludescher, chairman of the Harmoniemusik Bürs, and Thomas Ludescher, artistic director of Tal SCHAFFT Kultur, are pleased about the joint implementation of the “Bohemian Autumn.” Michael Ludescher looks forward to the musical morning with anticipation: “With the Bohemian Autumn, we want to highlight the joy of brass music and the sociable togetherness. It is especially nice to welcome not only the Bürser Schroffabuaba but also the Landstraßen Musig from Vienna here in Bürs.”
