Tour description

On the fourth day, we head left from the Douglass Hütte over the dam wall up to the Lünerkrinne. From there along the Lünerweg and Gipsköpfleweg to the Heinrich-Hueter Hütte and on along the Zimbajochsteig to the Sarotla Hütte, the fourth overnight stop.

Equipment

Sturdy footwear, warm clothing, rain and sun protection, a snack, a full water bottle and hiking poles are recommended. Additional equipment for an overnight stay in a refuge and, if necessary, grödel for crossing the glacier field. Cell phone for emergencies.
