längstentschwunden - Kunstwerk Alpine Art Muttersberg
long since vanished by Christoph & Markus Getzner
On the Alpine Art hiking trail at Muttersberg, eight renowned artists have created their works – each station unique, shaped by individual perspectives on life in the mountains.
A fish with its mouth wide open lies on a concrete pedestal, inscribed with "Blind faith in the inexhaustibility of resources." The sight is fascinating and unsettling, a clear symbol of the fish's fate. Brothers Markus and Christoph Getzner address the destruction of livelihoods due to human greed and carelessness.
