Mountain hike

The hikes take place in (almost) any weather and require prior registration.

You will be accompanied exclusively by certified hiking guides from Vorarlberg, specifically from the Großer Walsertal and Damüls.

Travel is possible, with the exception of sunrise and sunset hikes, via the regional buses L 570, L 575, and L 571. Schedule information: www.vmobil.at

Bringing dogs is not allowed out of consideration for the group!

Panoramic hike in Damüls with a view from Lake Constance to Silvretta
Damüls – Ugalift ascent – Ragazer Blanken – Sünser Joch – Seven Hills – Kirchdorf Damüls

Tour 2
Summit hike with lakes and a view into the Rätikon
Damüls – along the Krumbach to Alpe Ragaz – Sünserjoch – Portlahorn – Alpe Oberdamüls – Tourism office Damüls

Tour 3
Mountain hike with a view over the Bregenzerwald to Lake Constance
Damüls – Ugalift ascent – Alpe Mittlere Argen – Klippern – Alpe Obere – Edelweiß Hut – Bus stop Argenwald – return to Damüls by public bus

Duration: depending on the tour 6 to 7 hours
Hiking time: depending on the tour 3 to 5 hours
Elevation gain: approx. 200 - 600 m

For guests from BERGaktiv members it is free of charge, for children up to 15 years € 5.00, otherwise € 19.00. Travel with cable cars and buses costs extra! The guest card Bregenzerwald and Großes Walsertal is valid on the cable cars and in line buses.

Ankle-high hiking boots with profile sole, sun protection (cream & headgear) and rain protection, snack, filled water bottle (not too sweet!), seating pad, first-aid kit, and mobile phone. We recommend, if available: camera, hiking poles, field guide for plants/animals, and for evening/night hikes, a flashlight or headlamp.
