Our cuisine is based on local and home-grown food and produce.

Our kitchen is characterized by dishes made with products from our own cultivation as well as from the region.

Our special delicacies include dishes made from venison and deer, ethically hunted by hunters from the Große Walsertal.

In addition, our kitchen offers traditional dishes made from seasonal and regional products from Vorarlberg and Austria.
Hot meals are served from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Reservations are requested.
We always have two vegetarian dishes on our lunch and dinner menus, and during peak season, an additional vegan dish. Dogs are allowed on the terrace, in the restaurant upon request.
