Fairy Tale & Legend Trail | Bürs

The circular route can be completed in about one hour. Along the way, there are rest areas with benches for a snack and a rest. Entertainment is provided by 6 stations that tell well-known fairy tales, legends from the region and interesting facts about nature:
  • "The honey bees"
  • "The legend of the Peterstein"
  • "The Frog King"
  • "The legend of the Rosenegg castle"
  • "The legend of Schesaplana"

The panels were artistically staged by the children of the kindergarten, the elementary school and the middle school Bürs. Funny wooden men accompany the way as signposts. A fairytale-like pleasure for young and old!

The path starts at the municipal office in Bürs past the church in the direction of Schaßweg. First you follow the Schassweg for a short distance before the path branches off in the direction of Rosenegg Castle. From there the trail leads through the forest and via Hinterburgweg back to the starting point.
