Sarotlahütte

Sarotlahütte

Gorgeous mountains, water falls and calm valleys with chamois, marmots and rare flowers await you!

Around 1611 metres above Brandnertal, the quietly situated Sarotlahütte is nestled in a valley basin at the foot of the famous Zimba. The original Sarotla valley is a paradise for nature lovers and mountaineers.

The managed Alpine Club hut is expected to be open from 1 June to 9 October 2022. Built in 1902 by the Austrian Alpine Club, the hut was rebuilt and modernised after an avalanche accident in 1999. The ascent is via Brand, Bürs, Bürserberg-Tschappina or Bludenz. Beautiful peaks and hikes can be reached from the hut (Zimba, Zwölferkopf, Gottvaterspitze, Großer Valkastiel).

Breakfast is available for house guests every day from 7:00 to 8:00.
Hot meals are available from 11:00 to 16:30.
Dinner is served at 18:00.
