A lot of manual work produces fresh, natural bread every day. Due to the fact that the bread has a short rest, little yeast is needed. At Mangold you will find delicious cake and confectionery, hearty wholemeal bread or fine white bread.
For four generations now, the bakery is family owned. Monika Haag (born Mangold) and Egon Haag manage the family business today.
