Under the motto “Experience, Explore, Immerse,” the world of music opens its doors to everyone – children, teenagers, and adults alike.

“The Open Day is an invitation to all who find joy in music – whether it’s your very first encounter with an instrument or a chance to deepen your existing talents,” says Julia Großsteiner, Director of the Brandnertal Music School. “Come by and discover the music within you!”

A vibrant morning program awaits, filled not only with information but also with plenty of opportunities to listen, join in, and be amazed:

Program Highlights

9:30 AM – Opening with instrument showcase
10:00 AM – Performance by the Junior Band (Directed by Bernhard Matt)
11:00 AM – Musikfabrik – young, creative, and full of energy (Directed by Bernhard Matt)
12:00 PM – Performance by the Cantemus Choir Ensemble (Directed by Philipp Nesensohn)
12:30 PM – Finale with marching music by the music associations of Brand, Bürserberg, and Bürs

Beyond the musical performances, the day offers a hands-on experience: visitors can try out various instruments, chat with the 19 dedicated music educators, and learn more about the range of lessons available. Currently, 332 students are enrolled in Brand, Bürserberg, and Bürs – a testament to the valley’s passion for music.
