We place great value on craftsmanship, tradition, regionality and pleasure. They are the foundation of our work, giving us direction and purpose. Without them, we would not be where we are today.
The Mangold bakery was founded in Lochau in 1850, five generations ago. Since then, the bakery's expertise has been passed down from generation to generation, with Monika Haag (née Mangold) and Egon Haag now running the business.
