Who is forest bathing suitable for? – For really everyone! Whether young or old, healthy or sick, active or leisurely. You don't need any special prerequisites for forest bathing – just the openness to engage with the forest as a place of peace and strength. And on the side, you are boosting your health. How does that work? Be curious and treat yourself to your very own "forest cure."
