Culture bridge Walgau: Dussa 25 - Good Things - Workshop w. Simone Höller-Geiger
We will jointly try out the basic steps of the "Taking in the good" method. Reflection and a Q&A session will round off the exciting and simultaneously relaxed session.
The term "GOOD THINGS" can be interpreted differently depending on the context, but generally refers to positive, valuable, or desirable things, events, or qualities. It can encompass both material and immaterial aspects that enrich life, bring joy, or lead to prosperity and happiness. In a broad sense, "Good Things" could refer to good experiences, relationships, successes, or simply things that promote well-being. The expression is often used to express gratitude or positive expectations.
The Positive Neuroplasticity method developed by neuropsychologist Dr. Rick Hanson helps us intentionally align our brains towards well-being, inner strength, and resilience.
