Closing time in the museum: The Museum at the Turn of the Millennium
Impulse with Carmen Reiter
During the third evening at the museum, we will take a look back at the time around the turn of the millennium.
During the third after-work event at the museum, we will take a look back at the turn of the millennium together.
What was the museum like back then? The first "Long Night of Museums" remains unforgettable. The city museum was literally stormed. Visitors were thrilled by the tours, the captivating stories about the history of Bludenz, and the culinary offerings.
But that was just the beginning. In the following years, numerous exciting projects were implemented, well-attended children's workshops enriched the program, and the city archive as well as the city museum became vibrant places of discovery and research. Many people took the opportunity to dive into the history of Bludenz and experience it from new perspectives.
On the occasion of the anniversary "80 Years of the City Museum," experts such as Bruno Winkler, Andreas Rudigier, and Peter Bußjäger critically reflected on the development of the museum and provided valuable impulses for its future.
Look forward to an entertaining retrospective with stories, memories, and insights into an exciting time of the city museum and city archive.
