Blickbank - Kunstwerk Alpine Art Muttersberg
Viewbank by Monika Grabuschnigg
On the Alpine Art hiking trail at Muttersberg, eight renowned artists have created their works – each station unique, shaped by individual perspectives on life in the mountains.
The “Blickbank” integrates as a minimal intervention into the natural landscape and creates space for reflection. The edelweiss, a plant originally from Central Asia, appears foreign and ambiguous in this context. It becomes a symbol of alienation – something unreal amidst the apparent idyll.
