FAQ / good to know
Breitbänd | The Breitbänd stands for musical diversity and moves effortlessly between jazz, folk music, pop, and blues. Filip Bartenbach (clarinet, saxophone, vocals) and Clemens Tschallener (accordion, vocals) open their performance at Serpentinata by Janine Roggen and then embark on a journey with the audience to längstentschwunden by Christoph and Markus Getzner. Visitors are invited to musically discover both works of art and accompany the duo on their way between the two artworks.
Die Bauernfänger | The Die Bauernfänger are a battery-free male sextet that breathes new life into familiar melodies with charm, humor, and musical skill. Their varied program ranges from swing, bossa, and tango to waltz and folklore, consistently surprising with winking interpretations. The Wolf Has Escaped: At ALPINE ART SOUNDS, they perform before the sculptures of WolfGeorg below the playground and above the small lake – a special place where music and art engage in dialogue.
Gioia Choir | The GIOIA Choir from Bludenz is all about joy – not just in name but also in its musical self-understanding. With a versatile repertoire and the belief that singing together connects people and conveys joy of life, the choir has been captivating its audience for many years. At ALPINE ART SOUNDS, the choir performs with a small ensemble and creates a musical stop full of joy of life at the Komprimierten Weg by Maria Anwander.
Evelyn Fink-Mennel & Matthias Härtel | Evelyn Fink-Mennel and Matthias Härtel turn the path itself into a stage, connecting yodeling tradition with a musical hike along the Alpine Art Muttersberg. The starting point is the Blickbank by Monika Grabuschnigg. From there, the shared route leads to the Schlitten by Liddy Scheffknecht and further to the Köpfegesellschaft by Alfred Graf. With their violins, the two connect to the tradition of communal hiking songs and invite visitors to sing along, yodel, and experience music, art, and landscape together on the way.
Jenny & Martina - Die AlpHornissen | Jenny and Martina form the duo Die AlpHornissen, blending the impressive sounds of the alphorn with their enthusiasm for music and lived tradition. With great joy of playing, the two musicians from Ludesch create a memorable conclusion to ALPINE ART SOUNDS. Their concert takes place at the Feigen Hochstand by Marbod Fritsch at the small lake and adds a beautiful finishing touch to a day full of music, art, and nature.
