Vacation in the Alpenstadt Bludenz and Nüziders
The alpin town of Bludenz is the centre of 5 valleys - a classic holiday region.
The small town of Bludenz is the natural centre of the surrounding valleys. Buildings more than 300 years old line the narrow streets of the old town. Here you will find cafés, restaurants and bars alongside shops and boutiques as well as regular weekly and themed markets. The Christmas market and the cloister market in autumn are particularly popular. In Bludenz you can visit the old city gates, explore the remnants of the ancient town walls, or mount the tower of St. Lawrence’s church. The Fohrenburg brewery and the Milka chocolate outlet invite visitors to stop by. Alpen-Erlebnisbad VAL BLU offers premier sports and spa facilities.
Just outside of the city, a panoramic cable-car takes visitors to Muttersberg at 1,401 metres, a popular lookout and great starting point for walks and mountain biking tours with breath-taking panoramic views and adrenaline-boosting descents on the Single Trail. The 18-hole golf course in Bludenz-Braz makes the recreational offer complete. In winter, Bludenz is an ideal base camp for variety-filled skiing holidays, with 10 skiing areas in reach within just a couple of minutes of driving.
