Tour description

The tour starts at the valley station of the Sonntag-Stein cable car. For all winter hiking enthusiasts, the day begins with a short warm-up loop to the Gasthof Krone. From the valley station, walk downhill along the main road to the turnoff for Gasthof Krone/Church. After a short ascent, you'll be treated to a delicious regional breakfast. Afterward, walk back along the same route to the valley station of the Sonntag-Stein cable car, which will take you comfortably up to Sonntag-Stein.

From the mountain station of the Sonntag-Stein cable car, walk past the Hinteren Steinbild along the prepared winter hiking trail up to the Alpen Chalet Partnom. Here, you'll enjoy the main course of this culinary winter day, accompanied by stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

The final leg begins with a descent back to the mountain station of the Sonntag-Stein cable car, following the same path as the ascent. Right next to the mountain station is the Seilbahn Stuba, where you'll be treated to a sweet dessert and can relax as you wind down the day. Afterward, return to the valley via the cable car.
