Workshop "Vanillekipfel & Co."

In this two-hour workshop, together with Sabine and Xaver from BioGourmet Manufaktur, healthy and tasty cookies are baked from organic ingredients.

"Vanillekipfel" = small crescent-shaped biscuit made with almonds or nuts, dusted with vanilla sugar and traditionally eaten around Christmas.
