Welcome to the ARLBERGEREI

We are located in the idyllic village Wald am Arlberg, right in the beautiful Klostertal. The house has been recently built, therefore it features a modern architectural style as well as various amenities such as an underground garage, elevator, etc. Furthermore, it is very well connected in terms of transportation. A ski bus stop is in the immediate vicinity (about 100m).

You can conveniently park in the underground garage. From there, you can access the basement and storage options for your skis & bikes. An elevator will take you to the first floor, where you will enter the "Arlbergerei" apartment.

The large west-facing window front with a sun balcony offers you a breathtaking view of Klostertal.

WINTER Highlights:

The ski area "Sonnenkopf" is located about 1km away. The world-famous "Ski Arlberg" area (330km of slopes) - Stuben/Lech/Zürs/St. Anton/St. Christoph and Warth am Arlberg is reachable in about 10 minutes by car or by the ski bus. Behind the house, you will find relaxing winter hiking paths and a toboggan run.

SUMMER Highlights:

Stunning hikes right at your doorstep, such as to Sonnenkopf with the children's bear land, to the beautiful Spullersee or Formarinsee, to Kristberg, and many more. Furthermore, the Arlberg area is a diverse and extensive mountain biking area with varied trails.

Golf enthusiasts will also find their joy here - various golf clubs (Lech, Braz, etc.) are easily reachable within a few minutes drive.
