The starting point of this trail is the Alvierbad. At the beginning up the footpath, past the Hotel Valavier, right away on the main road to the valley station of the Dorfbahn in Brand. From here via the Eggaweg up to the mountain station of the Dorfbahn. Continue via the Innere Parpfienzalpe up to the Niggenkopf. From here uphill in the direction of Palüdhütte and from there downhill to the mountain station of the Palüdbahn. From the Palüd hiking area now downhill via the Palüd Maisäß and the goods road to the junction of the Höhenweg, which leads above Brand back towards the valley station of the Dorfbahn. The last part via the same path back.
