Forest Bathing - Wellness in the Forest

Where there is a spicy smell, the light shimmers delicately through the branches, the air is clear and the ground springs softly underfoot - there, in the forest, is a source of stillness that has a holistic effect and influences physical well-being. "Forest does you good"! It doesn't take much for a soothing forest bath: hiking clothes appropriate for the weather, sturdy shoes, a water bottle - and some time. A forest bath lasts about three hours.
