In everyday life we easily lose the connection to ourselves and this inner source from which we can draw joy, strength, comfort, meaning and courage to live. The need for contemplation and silence, combined with the search for refreshment and strengthening becomes clearly audible. We long for peace and a place where we can escape the automatisms of everyday life and feel ourselves again.
We can experience the inner connection with the primal ground of being by going into silence and being ready for experience and encounter.
Contents: Sitting meditation, yoga, body scan, walking meditation on the path of silence, self-exploration (inquiry), impulse talks.
The course is designed for people who want to deepen their practice, already have meditation experience or have attended an MBSR course.
(Half board recommended, lunch á la carte as desired, joint dinners).
