A multi-course menu awaits you, served as a flying buffet and with lots of information about beer. Our head chef James Monaghan and his team create delicious dishes from beer and its ingredients. Each course is accompanied by a suitable Fohrenburger beer, selected and presented by master brewer Felix Schiffner, beer sommelier and vice world champion. An evening for all the senses in a historic setting.

With its young master brewer Felix Schiffner, Fohrenburger was the most successful Austrian brewery to win two gold and one bronze medal at the unofficial world championship, the European Beer Star 2022. And sustainably with CO2-neutral production.
