The cheese range includes Walserstolz mountain cheese matured for 8 and 12 months, organic Walserstolz from the Marul organic dairy and organic cheeses from the alpine dairy Thüringerberg.
Depending on availability and season, there are also alp cheese, and in the summer months also goat cheese. Dairy butter, clarified butter, a button and a fonudemix are also in the assortment. Of course, beef, sheep and goat sausages are also a must.
