Riebl cooking course and breakfast

The sweet delicacy comes with few high-quality ingredients and is still very much appreciated today, for example, by the Alp people during the exhausting alpine summers due to the long-lasting satiety. They prepare the Riebl together with Elisabeth Hartmann and take away helpful tips. The Riebl is then enjoyed with coffee and apple sauce.
