Forest Bathing - Wellness in the Forest

Where there is a spicy smell, the light shimmers delicately through the branches, the air is clear and the ground springs softly underfoot - there, in the forest, is a source of tranquility that has a holistic effect and influences physical well-being. "Forest does you good!" It doesn't take much for a soothing forest bath: hiking clothes appropriate for the weather, sturdy shoes, a water bottle - and some time. A forest bath lasts approximately three hours.

Duration: approx. 3 h Participants: 4 - 15 pers., children 16 years and older
Price: EUR 37.00 p.p. with guest card and EUR 40.00 p.p. without guest card
Equipment: Warm hiking clothing and sturdy shoes, water bottle. No dogs allowed!
