Bread & Pizza form the clay oven

From flour, water, salt and yeast we make the dough. During this "rising" we make a sourdough and fire the clay oven. Only if this oven has the right temperature until the baking process, our baked goods will be successful. Then we "grind" the dough pieces and will process them into rolls. The highlight will then be the homemade pizza! 

The following equipement is needed for this day: Drinking bottle, sturdy shoes, outdoor clothing, carrying bakcpack, sunscreen, headgear. Our courses take place in all weather conditions. In case of bade weather please wear waterproof headgear, rain jacket, long trousers, possibly rain trousers and waterproof shoes.
